LOGIS DE FRANCE, A LABEL OF QUALITY
More than 3000 hotel-restaurants are united around a concept of providing high quality service, authenticity and the discovery of local specialities. This philosophy gave birth to the Logis de France quality label. The Logis de France Quality Label provides a constant challenge ; a way of ensuring that we continuously strive to earn our position as the n°1 independent hotel chain in Europe.
Logis de France hotel-restaurants can be found all over France - in villages, towns and cities. Whether in the countryside, at the seaside or in the mountains, they are all ideally located at the heart of their region. Indeed, more often than not, they provide the ideal starting point for discovering a particular region and now have establishments in several French cities. From 2005, in order to intensify the guarantees provided by its quality label, Logis de France hotels will be systematically controlled by external specialist firms, using a system of "Mystery Guest" visits. These controls will be carried out a maximum of every 3 years. A new, comprehensive classification checklist will be introduced, containing more than 250 quality criteria, covering a wide range of elements, such as comfort, food quality and service, but also other key quality issues such as breakfast and the surrounding environment.
The Quality Monitoring department of the FNLF collects and processes all feedback from guests, whether complimentary or critical (see detachable reply card).
The Fédération Nationale des Logis de France is certified ISO 9001. This award provides recognition of the know-how and dependability of the FNLF by way of its process of attribution and control of the Logis de France quality label.
